Registration & Booking
The tours are open to the public. However, there are some conditions:
- Participants should age 6 or above
- Participants aged under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above.
- Participants must be able to participate in a walking tour lasting approximately 1.5 hours. Participants should evaluate their own physical condition before registering.
If you do not show up at the designated time, it would be considered as a no-show. The same rule applies to latecomers. Any fees paid, if any, will not be refunded.
Before the Tour
Each guided tour lasts approximately 1.5 hours.
Student docents.
Tours are conducted in Cantonese, English and Putonghua, subject to schedule.
The maximum capacity per group is 30 people.
Parking facilities on campus are primarily for internal users. Visitors are recommended to use off-campus parking facilities if necessary. For visitors with disability who require parking, please indicate this in the registration form so that special arrangement can be made (subject to availability).
Service animals assisting visitors with disabilities are welcome. Please indicate any such requirements when submitting your registration form. Other pets are not permitted on campus.
Registration is non-transferable. If you are unable to attend, please contact us at info.campustour@polyu.edu.hk and we will assist you with alternative arrangements where possible.
On the Day of Your Visit
Details of the meeting location are included in the confirmation email. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early for verification and check‑in. Tours begin promptly, and latecomers may not be admitted.
Visitors may explore publicly accessible areas of the campus at their own discretion after the tour. Access to restricted buildings or facilities is subject to the University’s access rules.
Storage space is not provided. Visitors are advised not to bring luggage or bulky items.
Yes. The University is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible tour experience. If you require special support, please indicate so in the registration form and we will do our best to make the necessary arrangements.
Recording and filming are restricted due to privacy or operational requirements. When taking photos, please avoid focusing on others and please follow instructions of staff or docents.
Smoking is not allowed on campus.
